Travis Leonardi
Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and FounderTravis Leonardi is a visionary entrepreneur who pivoted to workplace threat mitigation following more than 30 years as a healthcare and health IT leader.
Travis has founded and sold over half a dozen companies that tackle complex challenges, drive operational efficiencies, and deliver measurable benefits, including Sentry Data Systems and Agilum Healthcare Intelligence. A registered pharmacist by training, he has held numerous leadership roles in pharmacy and healthcare. His expertise is recognized through multiple peer-reviewed publications and vital data contributions to federal agencies on drug inventory and utilization during the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic. Travis also holds several patents that continue to drive positive change in the industry.
Paul Averill
President and Chief Operating Officer (COO)Paul Averill is the President and Chief Operating Officer of SOS Technologies, where he leads strategy and operations for the nation’s leading threat surveillance and management platform. With over 25 years of executive leadership experience, Paul has consistently applied technology to solve complex challenges, scale organizations, and deliver measurable results. His career reflects a track record of building high-performing teams, optimizing operational frameworks, and guiding companies through rapid growth and successful acquisitions.
Prior to SOS Technologies, Paul founded Wired4Health, a healthcare technology services firm supporting more than 3,000 organizations and over 123 million patients, and held senior executive roles at Wipro, Sentry Data Systems, WellCare, and other industry innovators. Across these positions, he has driven large-scale technology implementations, expanded data-driven platforms, and executed strategies that positioned companies for sustained growth and market leadership. Paul brings deep expertise in executive management, operational excellence, and strategic planning, anchored by a consistent focus on leveraging technology to build scalable, resilient organizations.
Ean Krenzin-Blank
Chief Technology OfficerEan Krenzin-Blank is the Chief Technology Officer of SOS Technologies, where he leads engineering strategy, product innovation, and the development of the company’s SmartEAS™ platform and SOS EagleEye™ AI System. With more than a decade of experience in software engineering, cybersecurity, and IoT, he oversees cross-functional teams to deliver mission-critical technologies that enhance real-time emergency response across schools, hospitals, and enterprise environments nationwide.
At SOS, Ean architects GovRAMP-secure, high-availability infrastructure on AWS GovCloud, integrating IoT sensors, AI-powered video analytics, and direct-to-911 emergency alerting into a unified solution. He collaborates with public safety agencies, enterprise customers, and strategic technology partners to deploy secure and scalable systems that improve situational awareness and accelerate emergency response in high-risk environments. His leadership reflects a consistent focus on advancing technology-enabled safety solutions that strengthen organizational security, safety and resilience.
Adriana Kovalovska
Chief Legal OfficerAdriana Kovalovska is the Chief Legal Officer of SOS Technologies, bringing nearly 30 years of leadership in legal strategy, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. Prior to joining SOS Technologies, she served as General Counsel at Sentry Data Systems for 15 years, where she led complex legal initiatives across multiple business units.
Earlier in her career, she was Vice President of Legal Affairs, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at CyberGuard Corporation, where she guided the company through class action litigation, an SEC investigation, relisting on NASDAQ, and managing regulatory compliance.
Ms. Kovalovska is valued for her practical, business-oriented approach. She earned her J.D. with honors from Nova Southeastern University and is a member of the Florida Bar.
Michael O’Dea
Vice President of SalesMichael O’Dea is Vice President of Sales at SOS Technologies, where he leads the company’s go-to-market strategy, customer acquisition initiatives, and channel development. With more than 20 years of executive experience in security, public safety, and information management technologies, he is responsible for driving growth across enterprise, state, local, and federal markets while strengthening the company’s position as a trusted industry leader.
Throughout his career, Michael has built and scaled multimillion-dollar accounts, developed channel ecosystems, and forged strategic alliances with global technology providers. Prior to joining SOS Technologies, he directed the North American Business Unit for Teleste, a European technology company, where he restructured operations and built high-performing sales organizations. Michael brings proven expertise in solution sales, channel management, and strategic partnerships, consistently delivering sustainable revenue growth and measurable outcomes for clients.
