About SOS Technologies

SOS Technologies is redefining how organizations respond to emergencies. Our platform helps connect people, facilities, and first responders faster by delivering direct emergency alerts, precise location data, real-time visibility, and integrated response workflows when seconds matter most.

Our solutions support hospitals, health systems, assisted living facilities, schools, universities, retailers, public agencies, and enterprise campuses that need a faster, more reliable way to protect people and improve emergency response.

We are looking for an Outside Sales Representative focused on healthcare and hospital sales to help SOS Technologies expand its reach across hospitals, health systems, medical campuses, and related healthcare organizations.

This role is especially well-suited for people who understand how hospitals and healthcare organizations operate from the inside. Nurses, physicians, healthcare administrators, pharmaceutical professionals, medical device representatives, clinical operations leaders, and others with direct healthcare experience are encouraged to apply.

Position Overview

The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new business opportunities across the healthcare market, with a focus on hospitals, health systems, medical centers, outpatient facilities, assisted living, and other healthcare environments.

This person does not need to have traditional sales experience. A background in healthcare can be a major advantage. The right candidate understands the pressures healthcare teams face every day and can credibly discuss safety, operational urgency, staff protection, patient environments, and the importance of fast, coordinated response.

This is a relationship-driven role. The Outside Sales Representative will be supported by technical, product, and sales leadership teams, so they do not need to be deeply technical. Their primary responsibility is to open doors, build trust, identify opportunities, and help healthcare organizations understand where SOS Technologies can improve emergency response and staff safety.

Why Healthcare Matters to SOS Technologies

Healthcare environments are complex. Hospitals and medical facilities operate around the clock, serve vulnerable populations, and must protect patients, staff, visitors, and clinicians across large and often complicated campuses.

Security and emergency response in healthcare is not just about technology. It is about real people, real workflows, and real pressure.

Staff Safety

Hospitals face real workplace violence and staff safety concerns across clinical, public-facing, and high-stress environments.

Operational Complexity

Healthcare campuses often include multiple buildings, entrances, units, floors, departments, and response workflows.

Emergency Readiness

Hospitals need to coordinate across security, clinical leadership, facilities, emergency preparedness, and first responders.

Better Response

SOS helps healthcare organizations reduce confusion, improve alerting, provide better location awareness, and give responders clearer information.
