By automating first responder assistance requests, the platform drastically reduces emergency notification and dispatch times from more than 10 minutes to under 10 seconds.
A registered pharmacist by trade, Travis has held numerous leadership roles across pharmacy and healthcare. His expertise has been recognized through multiple peer-reviewed publications and critical data contributions to federal agencies during the early stages of the COVID-19 pandemic, particularly related to national drug inventory and utilization. He also holds several patents that continue to drive meaningful innovation across the industry.
Paul Averill is the President and Chief Operating Officer of SOS Technologies, where he leads strategy and operations for the nation’s leading threat surveillance and management platform. With over 25 years of executive leadership experience, Paul has consistently applied technology to solve complex challenges, scale organizations, and deliver measurable results. His career reflects a track record of building high-performing teams, optimizing operational frameworks, and guiding companies through rapid growth and successful acquisitions.
Prior to SOS Technologies, Paul founded Wired4Health, a healthcare technology services firm supporting more than 3,000 organizations and over 123 million patients, and held senior executive roles at Wipro, Sentry Data Systems, THINC/WebMD, and other industry innovators. Across these positions, he has driven large-scale technology implementations, expanded data-driven platforms, and executed strategies that positioned companies for sustained growth and market leadership. Paul brings deep expertise in executive management, operational excellence, and strategic planning, anchored by a consistent focus on leveraging technology to build scalable, resilient organizations.
Ms. Kovalovska serves as the Chief Legal Officer of SOS Technologies, bringing nearly three decades of distinguished leadership in legal strategy, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. Prior to joining SOS Technologies, she held the position of General Counsel at Sentry Data Systems for 15 years, where she oversaw complex legal initiatives spanning multiple business units and contributed to the organization’s long-term strategic direction.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Kovalovska served as Vice President of Legal Affairs, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at CyberGuard Corporation. In these roles, she provided comprehensive legal oversight and guided the company through significant matters, including class action litigation, an SEC investigation, relisting on NASDAQ, and extensive regulatory compliance obligations.
Renowned for her pragmatic, business-focused counsel, Ms. Kovalovska earned her J.D., with honors, from Nova Southeastern University and is an active member of the Florida Bar.
Ean Krenzin-Blank is the Chief Technology Officer at SOS Technologies, where he drives engineering strategy, leads product innovation, and oversees the development of the SmartSOS™ platform and SOS EagleEye™ AI System. With more than a decade of experience in software engineering, cybersecurity, and IoT, Ean leads cross-functional teams to deliver mission-critical technologies that support real-time emergency response across schools, hospitals, and enterprise environments nationwide.
At SOS, he architects FedRAMP-secure, high-availability infrastructure on AWS GovCloud, integrating IoT sensors, AI-powered video analytics, and direct-to-911 emergency alerting into a unified platform. Ean works with public agencies, enterprise customers, and technology partners to deploy secure, scalable systems that enable faster response and greater situational awareness in high-risk environments.

As an award-winning sales leader and business development executive with over 20 years of experience, Michael O’Dea drives growth in security, public safety, and information management technologies. As the Vice President of Sales at SOS Technologies, he is responsible for the company’s go-to-market strategy, customer acquisition, and channel development, with a focus on expanding its reach into enterprise, state, local and federal markets.
Michael has a proven track record of building multimillion-dollar accounts, creating partnerships and channel ecosystems through alliances with global security technology leaders. He previously spearheaded the North American Business Unit for Teleste, a European technology company, restructured operations, and built high-performing sales teams.
At SOS Technologies, Michael applies his expertise in solution sales, channel management, and strategic partnerships to deliver meaningful outcomes for clients. Jo Ann Petrone serves as Chief of Staff at SOS Technologies, bringing more than 38 years of distinguished experience in business administration and executive leadership support. She applies a mission-driven mindset and a solutions-oriented approach to strengthen the operational excellence that defines SOS Technologies’ commitment to safety, preparedness, and exceptional customer service.
In her role, Jo Ann partners closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to drive high-impact initiatives, advance organizational priorities, and elevate internal communication across the company.
