We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative to help build pipeline, qualify opportunities, and create new customer conversations across priority markets.

This role focuses primarily on outbound prospecting and appointment setting, with additional responsibility for inbound lead qualification and partner or channel follow-up.

It is a hands-on sales development role for someone comfortable picking up the phone, writing effective outreach, qualifying prospects, and setting high-quality meetings for the sales team. The role begins as a contractor position with the opportunity to convert to full-time based on performance and business needs.

  • Use calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified meetings.
  • Research decision-makers in safety, security, facilities, operations, IT, and executive leadership.
  • Connect SOS capabilities to each account’s safety, compliance, operational, and emergency-response priorities.
02

Lead qualification

  • Qualify inbound leads for fit, urgency, budget, authority, and next steps.
  • Capture customer needs, current response processes, technology environment, and potential use cases.
  • Route qualified opportunities with clear notes and recommended actions.
03

Partner + channel follow-up

  • Follow up on partner introductions, events, webinars, trade shows, and field-sales meetings.
  • Convert partner-sourced interest into qualified customer conversations.
  • Track carrier, technology partner, reseller, and integrator activity in the CRM.
04

CRM discipline

  • Maintain accurate contacts, accounts, activities, tasks, and pipeline status.
  • Document interactions, meeting outcomes, qualification notes, and next steps.
  • Support reporting on activity, conversion, and pipeline contribution.
