Prior to SOS Technologies, Paul founded Wired4Health, a healthcare technology services firm supporting more than 3,000 organizations and over 123 million patients, and held senior executive roles at Wipro, Sentry Data Systems, THINC/WebMD, and other industry innovators. Across these positions, he has driven large-scale technology implementations, expanded data-driven platforms, and executed strategies that positioned companies for sustained growth and market leadership.

Paul brings deep expertise in executive management, operational excellence, and strategic planning, anchored by a consistent focus on leveraging technology to build scalable, resilient organizations.

At SOS, he architects FedRAMP-secure, high-availability infrastructure on AWS GovCloud, integrating IoT sensors, AI-powered video analytics, and direct-to-911 emergency alerting into a unified platform. Ean works with public agencies, enterprise customers, and technology partners to deploy secure, scalable systems that enable faster response and greater situational awareness in high-risk environments.

Jon’s perspective is shaped by firsthand public safety experience. He previously served as a firefighter and remains active with the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary, which informs how he brings technology to market: it must perform under pressure, integrate into real operational workflows, and deliver clear, actionable insight.

He holds an MBA from Waynesburg University and a Bachelor of Science in Administration of Justice from Penn State. He is known for bridging executive strategy, technical teams, and frontline users across enterprise and public-sector environments. Jon has a track record of building trust, aligning partners, and delivering results where execution matters.

Tony has spent much of his career working with government, higher education, healthcare, and critical infrastructure organizations, helping them implement technology solutions that improve operational visibility, connectivity, and safety outcomes. His leadership spans enterprise sales, partner-led growth strategies, and complex solution selling across public and private sector environments.

Prior to joining SOS Technologies, Tony spent nearly seven years at Ericsson/Cradlepoint, driving growth across public sector, federal, enterprise, and partner channels. Earlier in his career, he spent 18 years at Cisco in partner-facing technical leadership roles before leading technical sales and managed services with a reseller partner.

Tony is also a 10-year United States Air Force Communications Specialist and Gulf War veteran. His passion for mission-driven technology helps organizations strengthen preparedness, accelerate response, and better protect the people and communities they serve.

In her role, Jo Ann partners closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to drive high-impact initiatives, advance organizational priorities, and elevate internal communication across the company. She is known for providing clarity, structure, and strategic support that enables the leadership team to perform at its highest level.

A U.S. Air Force veteran and graduate of the Nova Chief of Staff Certification Program, Jo Ann is recognized for her adaptability, proactive problem-solving, and unwavering dedication to excellence. She is a trusted and steady partner to leadership, helping ensure the company operates with focus, accountability, and a continual dedication to its mission.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Kovalovska served as Vice President of Legal Affairs, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at CyberGuard Corporation. In these roles, she provided comprehensive legal oversight and guided the company through significant matters, including class action litigation, an SEC investigation, relisting on NASDAQ, and extensive regulatory compliance obligations.

Renowned for her pragmatic, business-focused counsel, Ms. Kovalovska earned her J.D., with honors, from Nova Southeastern University and is an active member of the Florida Bar.
